Asus AW9D-MAX issues, I think

I have this one issue that keeps bugging me. Sometimes the lights blink inside my case and, if the computer is asleep, it wakes up the screen. This blip is not enough for the system to reboot, just makes the case lights flash and the screen to awaken. My rig is:
AW9D-MAX motherbaord
Intel Core 2 Duo 6750
XFX 8600GT video card
4 Gigs of RAM
Seagate 300 G SATA hardrive

If anyone has any ideas what might cause this, or if it is the motherboard, I am welcome to suggestions.

Go through your manual. If that mobo has 'Wake on Lan' enabled, disable it.
