Asus GPU fan not cooling enough

  1. My asus computer (idk what model) isnt cooling the gpu. It will idle at 75 than if I do any activity it will go to 100°. Ive tried cleaning and that didn't work very well so all I can do now is ask for help on the matter.

    Give some specifics please, like what kind of GPU? some gpu run that hot NVIDA generally do not. Most of the newer NVIDA GPUs will not run 50 while under load. I am running a GTX 780 Ti at full load is 35C.

    you can get a laptop cooling stand. They are fairly cheap. I have a laptop with an m4650 and after about a year it started over heating. I bought a cooling stand with a 200mm fan on it and that solved my problem. I can watch movies and browse the web without the stand, but if so much as launch a game it will overheat and shut down without it.
