Asus P4P800-e Deluxe Bootup error message

    I recently built my first computer, and believe me it was a monumental task but once it was done it was one of the greatest feelings...anyways!
    I have a Asus P4P800-e Deluxe motherboard, with 2 maxtor HD's attached to it. When I boot it up, I get this message:
    After that it does boot up into winxp just fine. I was wondering what I might have setup wrong?

    Now I did try to update the bios using the ASUS ez Flash updater. I went to their website, downloaded the most current version, put it on a floppy after renaming it like the instructions said, but it tells me
