Asus restore disc

    HI

    I just got a ASUS X58L notebook in for repair, and my customer does not have his original restore cd that came with the machine as he has moved house and has lost it.

    He did not have a virus protector on hence it needs a restore to original settings and a format.

    I was wondering if anyone could please point me in the right direction for download.

    hmm I think different models have different disk, or different lines of models that is. Best suggestion would be to call Asus I believe. You may be able to get a link sent to an email providing you can give the serial number on the bottom of the notebook.
