Asus Rog Laptop white dashes and spots issue

Hello I recently turned on my laptop and these white spots and dashes appeared on my screen and won’t go away I tried wiping the screen and everything but it doesn’t help I don’t know why these suddenly just showed up I take good care of my items especially my electronics so I’m not sure why that would be there I just wanted advice if there’s anyway I can fix the issue or if I would have to get the screen replaced this just happened so not sure if it will go away in a couple days or what but I really want this solved cause I love my laptop and those dashes really annoy me thank you for your help in advance!
