    AT&T will be ok because of its business contracts but T-Mobile will eventually sink.

    I'm ok w/ T-mobile sinking and being broken up to different carriers and companies... Not ok w/ AT$T buying it's way up to the top spot though.
     
  4. Even if it went through, AT&T service and coverage would still suck, and their network would just be bogged down even more due to inconsistencies with spectrum-on-tower upgrades. AT&T i believe is on the 1900mhz spectrum and tmobile is on the 1700mhz spectrum (which is why people who jail break iphones for tmobile are unable to establish a 3G connection), AT&T would have to go from here on out buying cell phones that support both the 1700 and 1900 spectrum as well as mass upgrades on both carrier towers to ensure they dont get the same 'dropped' call problem that led to AT&T's demise in the past with their cell phone service.
