ATA133 vs SATA

    I was wondering which would be better for a system a SATA 160GB hard drive or an ATA133 160GB harddrive, i know the SATA is "better" but will it be much harder to install (software wise) or just a few more steps, does SATA make a noticable diffrence over ATA133?

    With out a question sata is better! MHO
    I'm runnin XP pro very well on sata 80gb...
    just have the drivers on a floppy, press f6 at the very start of XP install.
