ATAPI.SYS corruption

Hey everyone.

so, i have an Opteron 144, so obviously i am overclocking it

system is-

Opteron 144
DFI Lanparty nForce 4 UT
Gskill DDR 550
nVidia 6800GS

so, every time i get to 2.79GHz on the CPU speed, it starts booting, and it goes to the windows screen and it gives me a blue screen that says the atapi.sys file is corrupted. I tried disabling the CD controller but it did the same thing

any ideas?

Reduce the overclock. Duh.
