It does fix Call of Duty, and performance is much better in Sw: KOTOR
Plus, you have the shading stuff in Opengl which is great for programmers and apart from one missing extention (gl_ext_shadow_funcs) Ati's DX9 series is fully OGL 2.0 compilant for now that is... you know we have to wait for the final specs

Well, I finally got around to loading the 3.10's, and I'll have to say, they look pretty good. The good part is COD and Max Payne 2, look better than ever, every time i play these games, I'm amazed.

The bad part is, after playing COD, I realize again how bad Deus Ex 2 looks, although I don't get as many artifacts in the ingame movies. I swear, I just can't get into this game. Back to COD.

Don't be afraid, they are sure an improvement over 3.8 and 3.9.
And on a side note, Olefarte, your so right, what have they done with DX2?!?! it's because that x-box port

It DOES fix a slew of games.....the key would be to scan the list and see if you run any of them. It's also possible that there are issues you're not aware of that may actually be there. Some peeps have seen things that they thought were normal that really aren't. Best thing though is to read the FAQ on the drivers.

    Just my $.02

They've all worked fine for me. Minor problems with Call of Duty but nothing a little digging doesn't solve. I'll be sure to DL this one too.

well, my fear has to do with the fact that 3.9 wouldn't install for me, i needed the hotfix version before i could even get them installed. and the previous two, well i couldnt play NWN with them, as it resulted in my computer becoming frozen everytime, immediately when i alt tabbed or got sent back to the desktop... maybe not the biggest deal, but it was one of the only games i was playing. i've been waiting for several fixes that just dont happen, but thats fine cause i have an old old radeon and know that's not their target.

For me the 3.8's wouldn't work on much of anything, went back to 3.7's. When the 3.9's came out, COD wouldn't load past the menu, crash back to the desktop. The 3.9 update fixed that problem. So far, no problems with the 3.10's, they work great for me.
