ATI Catalyst v3.9 drivers

    Just a few weeks after last release, yesterday ATI put up on its website a new set of Catalyst drivers (v3.9) fixing a number of bugs (mostly in games). As usual these cover most recent Radeon board releases, here are release notes in case you want more detail.

    there is a bug where it would opengl would not work with aiw R3xx. the rage3d forums helped fix that annoyance.
