  1. im about to buy a laptop, Dell Inspiron 15R; there are 2 of them, that have the same price and are almost the same, but the graphics cards and I would like someone to tell me which GPU will perform better in games such as Call of Duty Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2 (2 main ones)
    so the 2 cards are:
    HD 550v: http://www.amd.com/us/products/notebook/graphics/ati-mobility-hd-560v/Pages/hd-560v-specs.aspx
    HD 5650: http://www.amd.com/US/PRODUCTS/NOTEBOOK/GRAPHICS/ATI-MOBILITY-HD-5700/Pages/hd-5650-specs.aspx

i put links up to make it easier for people, but i dont know what the specifications mean

The HD 5650 is the better card and will provide for a better balance between framerate and image quality.

HD 550v is basically the old Mobility Radeon 4650, with core clocked at 450 MHz and 128 bit memory bus interface.

Whereas, 5650 have more shaders and should be clocked higher as well and its built on 40nm process, hence, I agree with Moiz's recommendation.
