You should make a new thread to get answers for that topic. My suggestion for a PCI card is to get a 6200 or a X1300, as they are the best PCI cards out there. However, expect to run the game at low settings.

i bought battle field 2 and im going today for the graphics card im getting a SAPPHIRE RADEON 9550 RADEON 9550 256MB AGP cheap as hell and apparently runs bf2 smoothly there around £40 or $70

    Hi
If you only got a pci slot is possible to play battlefield 2, u have to get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814103031
this is the new radeon x1550 for pci its only $87 afeter rebate, this will be better than the x1300 (the last pci king) and it will be more overclockable.
Of course you wont be able to play at full resolution etc but if u dont wnt to spend on a new motherboard get this one.
Buy this one and post ur experience please :)
