    Hi all,
I am considering buying a second 5770/6770 card to crossfire. I could buy a second card for £85. Performance should be similar to the 5870 card. My PSU is an Antec True Power 650w. Is there anyone here with experience of a similar system? The alternative would be to buy a single more powerful card but I'm trying to get a boost in performance without spending too much.
    Would heat be an issue?

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

That PSU should be just fine for crossfire.

Yes heat will be a issue with two cards on top of each other.

I say go with a single card upgrade. Sell your 5770 and get a 5870 no need for xfire and all its driver CCC problems etc..

    Well Tweakboy,
Thanks for your input. Hopefully the 7000 series will be a real upgrade, unlike the 6000 series.
    Cheers
