ATI Radeon X300 no video signal

Hello All,

I'm not the brightest spoke on the wheel, and I probably should not have done this, but I plugged a digital camera into a USB port while it was still on and everything froze. I tried pushing the reboot button and now all I have is a black screen on my monitor, and it says there is no input to the monitor. I have turned the computer completely off a couple of times, and still there is no signal being received at my monitor.

Any suggestions and did I short out my video card?

Try pressing F8 several times before Windows boots. Select VGA mode and reboot

Nothing happened. Does it matter if I have 3 different user accounts and one must be selected before my OS finishes booting.
