I'm having trouble with mi laptop, a Dell XPS 1210 with a Centrino Duo 2.0 GHz and 4 GB SDRAM, nVidia GeForce Go 7400 and a 120 GB HD.
On january i changed my harddrive and reinstalled everything, but since about 2 weeks ago my system resources go out because some apps take >90% of processor time. It happens mostly with audio and video apps (iTunes, Windows media player, Zoom player, Winamp), but it also happens with both IE and Chrome, so i have to go to the task manager and shut down those processes.
I already tried searching for malware, spyware or viruses, since about 2 years ago a trojan made my system work that way, but have had no results.
