Audio is being transmitted through Skype

I recently purchased a new headset due to my old one having terrible mic quality, and since I have plugged my mic and headphones in my computer sounds are being transmitted through Skype. I can be playing a game, music etc and all the audio will be sent through my skype. My friend's voices are not being sent through but everything else is. I have Realtek audio drivers that came with my MSI H97 Gaming 3 motherboard and the headset I use is a Bengoo Each (Here. I am using Windows 10.

I have tried:
Disabling all other audio devices
Disabling front panel jack detection on Realtek Settings.

It is getting quite annoying and I would appreciate it if someone could help me sort this out.
