Audio trouble

I need help! I was playing with my audio manager and i accidently reset the equilizer settings, normally i dont think this would be a big problem. But all the combinations i have tried will only give out minnimum voice (i cant hear any singing). All other sounds and music is fine but I just cant hear any voice, can anyone help?

What operating system are you running? If it is XP, try doing a restore to an earlier time, before messing with your audio manager

Sorry im not very good with computers, how do i do a restore and will it erase anything beause it isnt just me who uses the pc.
