Aurora pop-up keeps reinstalling

Hi all,
I keep getting a aurora pop up reinstalling after i remove it using norton, spybot and microsoft antispyware. but it keeps coming back.
I managed to trace down one part of its file but always get "access denied".
Anyone know how to get rid of the bloody aurora crap pleeaaassseee!!.

Also how can i check what starts up when i start windows, and how can i stop certain things from starting up. is it a regedit thing? my pc starts so slow. i have a 2400+ AMD plus 1.25 gb of ram. no way should my pc be running that slow.
