Auto AOL explorer startup

    hi, when i start up Aol instant messenger, AOL explorer opens up with it. I have looked in msconfig startup, but its not their because it starts up with AIM. Does anyone know how to stop this?

    never mind, i found a uninstaller deep,deep in the aol file. I hate AOL...its crap spyware that installs crap on your computer without asking you

    Use a third party program like GAIM to connect to it. Plus GAIM is one messenger for every messenger out there: MSN, AIM, ICQ, YAHOO, IRC all in one. Theres other program out there that do the same like Trillian but i like GAIM the best. No annoying MSN news and AIM news :p
