  1. The "b" key on my laptop repeats continuously. It doesn't seem to be depressed. This only starts happening after I log into Vista.
Have ran scans with AVG, Norton, SpyBot and also tried system restore to no avail.
Any ideas how to solve this? Its making it impossible to do anything. Thanks in advance

while certainly there have been keypress viri it is not likely. I think you just need to replace the keyboard.

BUT before you do so, boot into safe mode command line. If the key is still repeating in DOS - it's the keyboard.

    Hey thx for the advice,
I booted into safe mode command line but it did not repeat, making things more confusing.
I'm off to take it to my local computing store to see what they make of things thxanyways tho

    hey scott

see you've run scans with AVG AND Norton .... erm, do uninstall Norton lol .... It's so rubbish, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the cause of your problems :p.
