Backdoor.tidserv!inf ... please help

    Hi,

    Same story as others. Norton found it but could not delete it. The only unexpected thing that happened when I was going through the suggested eight steps is that Malware required a reset of the computer when it completed the scan.

    See attached for the three logs.

    Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.
