I have a Acer Aspire 3100 Laptop with vista w/ 512mb of memory ram, it's only 2 years old, First problem occurred was lots of overheating computer started to freezes it would vary from 10 to 60 minutes and then I notice that the the less I used it the more it last without freezing. Then I decided to open to see inside and the ventilation was covered with dirt which prevent it the air flow, it does not overheat anymore but it still freezes I did a Memory test, hard drive test they all pass, I did clean install i would still freeze, I used Ubuntu it still freezes, then it got to a point where it just freezes with minutes, now when I go into Bios menu it freezes within seconds. What could be the problem??
