Onboard USb root hub causes me to have 100% CPU (System Ran By System takes 99 CPU) so forcing me to have to disable it in bios. Now i don't have any usb spots is there a way to add usb without enabling the onboard usb in Bios?

I have heard of the PCI to USB, will it work for my situation?
