The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x00000cd4, 0x00000000, 0x856b4768)

what does that mean? :(

0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER errors means a kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.

At this point we don't have any information on what drivers are causing your system crashes. So...

Examine the “System” and “Application” logs in Event Viewer for other recent errors that might give further clues. To do this, launch EventVwr.msc from a Run box; or open “Administrative Tools” in the Control Panel then launch Event Viewer.

Tell us of any yellow exclamation marks or red Xs.
