Batch Files and Windows Explorer

Hi, I wanted to know how to make it so when a users logs on to Windows, a certain Windows Explorer opens containing some files. I was told to create a batch file to execute this when a user logged on. I lloked all over the net and can't figure out how to make it do this. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Create new txt file, write in it: "explorer" C:\
Save As something.bat
Like if you wanted it to open up C:\
Then put it in Startup file.
