BCCode:1000000a error with minidump file

Hi,

I am using XP Pro version 2002 SP3 and I have a problem of random system restarts with the following error message which says windows has recovered from a serious error. I also add the minidump file at the attachment but I do not understand it. Can anyone explain what I should do solve this problem?

btw according to the minidump the crash is caused by the driver "TmPreFlt.sys" which seems to belong to Trend Micro programs. Are you running any of them?

yes i am using it. But i may uninstall.
