BCcode f4 comes up on startup

I've been seeing a "Windows has recovered from a serious error" upon start up as of late on an IBM ThinkCentre:
O/S is XP PRO SP3
Error code:
BCcode f4
BCP1:00000003
BCP2: 860F7418
BCP3: 860F758C
BCP4: 8060561A
I believe its hardware related so I have performed diagnostics on hard drive and it reported as being healthy; and Memtest on RAM-several passes and it showed no issues. Faulty driver perhaps?
Any suggestions?

Thanks

..."start up as of late on an IBM ThinkCentre" This computer is getting pretty old? Post any minidumps by going to: C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here

Thank you. I hope the file I have uploaded will pinpoint the problem.

Thanks. I'll give it a try and uninstall
Btw I've had success with Avast AV. I'll recommend he use that instead.
