I have formatted the laptop sevaral times and have updated all drivers. There are virtually no programs other than those installed by the manufacturer. I have sent the PC to the manufacturer, however they, returned it stating that no hardware issues have been found.

I was wondering if this is a hardware or software issue ?
What is the problem and how can it be fixed ?

I have attached the dump file.

Thanks in advance !

This looks like a memory problem to me, and that's hardware... Go here and test the memory per the instructions given:

I am using Norton. Norton technician romote controlled to my computer but was not able to solv issue either.

Remove Norton and install free Microsoft Security Essentials and see if the BSOD's stop... The latest dumps are the same as the original dumps

i tried that before i sent it back to company. I formatted laptop only installed that but it didn't fix the issue. even formatting and not installing any program caused blue screens. Since i recieved it back from company the blue screen has decreased but its still there.

i have tested that with a seagate drive tester, and through the computers own tester but everything seemed fine.
