Beep beep noise on my laptop

i have a problem with my laptop, i just replaced my processor and load a new one which is a intel core 2 duo and it worked for a couple of house then the noise come, now i have tried everything i can, but nothing when it start up no fan is working but 1st peep fan turns on and then it shut down itself. what can i do its a pro line W763s
someone to help me here i am stuck hope to get help soon, i cant use it any more, but when i take back the original processor the fan start with the laptop but then stop again

Re-install the old CPU and see if the laptop works normally again. Did you apply a new clean small amount of thermal paste to the new processor when you installed it?

i did that

i have done all those i even used its own hardware but unfortunately it never got back to normal the only thing it it will do is that noise 20 times and go off

Pull the memory out and re-install it
