    hello everybody, good to find this site, hoe to learn more.

    i got a pc giving me one long beep & no display. i tried changing the RAM but its not working. then the next option was to change the vidoe card, still no breakthrough. how can you help me in this situation?

    The motherboard is probably shot. Have you tried resetting the bios by pulling the CMOS battery out for a while?

    if its not even posting then its a motherboard fault

    Your motherboard is the problem of your computer. The possibilities of the problems are processor is failed to perform maybe it is over heat, memory module has failed,motherboard has burnt and is shorting out,A auxiliary wire [power led, hard drive activity led, reset button, or soft power button] has shorted out.
