Belarc reports missing hotfix; Windows update can't find it.

Hey all...
Bit of a puzzle.
I've been playing with Belarc Advisor, learning more about security settings, etc.
And... tonight Belarc Advisor is reporting I am missing a hotfix
a Microsoft security update (KB2538242).
I go to Windows update, and it cannot find it.
I unhide my undesired updates (GWX related) and it is not among them either.

Any thoughts on how to get this update,
or if Belarc Advisor is just wrong this time?
Thanks

It's from June 2011, and was a hotfix for C++

You are highly unlikely to need it. It will have been superceded by dozens of later fixes anyway. It had lots of problems, with different versions for different settings. You do not report your Operating system anywhere, so quite possibly no-one would have been able to help you on this, as most fixes are highly OS dependant.

Belarc Advisor could easily be wrong on anything - nobody is perfect - but in this case, it is a completely obsolete fix and buggy anyway AFAIK.

Thanks gbhall!
And sorry... I thought the Win7 tag was enough.
This is a Win7 SP1 System on an AMD home build.
This "hotfix is missing" showed up after I did a system restore
to undo some things I had done while exploring Belarc's security settings.
Thanks again.

BOOkWym - I actually had the same problem and Belarc told me to get the newest version of Belarc and re-run - it worked for me and they indicated that hotfixes should have been applied during an SP2 update - and the error is erroneous . Like I said it worked for me,
