Help!!

I have recently moved house and had trouble reconnecting my broadband. After some frustration i decided to reset the router to its default (little button at the back) The problem is that i now cannot connect to the admin page of the router (198.162.2.1) I have reset several times, tried through both wireless and ethernet cables, gone to my network places and enabled upnp etc. When i ping the router i get 'host not found'.

Could anyone offer me any further advice or instructions.

hmm; address: http:/192.168.2.1 is correct -- be sure to use a wired connection
and that your NIC is enabled if you've been using wireless previously.

use Admint Tools -> Computer Mgr-->Device Mgr and scroll to see Network Adapters
and verify the Nic is active and no red/yellow marks on the device
