So right now I'm using the 19" samsung 913 NW monitor and want to upgrade to higher tier ones...

considering about 22-24", budget around $300 USD, i'll mainly use it for gaming, movies, and web-surfing, so im looking for monitor which can show some good graphics.

Thanks

P.S Are LG and SAMSUNG the company leading in computer monitors? any other reliable brands?

23" Samsung 2333HD 1080P Full HD LCD Monitor $220

I've seen some good deals on the 28" I-Inc. It will occasionally go down to around $299.

I've seen the same brand 25" for as low as $190. Here is a 24.6" for $179 w/free shipping http://www.newegg.com/product/produ...on&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction

If that's too big for you, the above Samsung is a good deal on a premium name brand monitor.

If you don't like that deal, I would recommend checking these sites on a regular basis

I've seen very good deals but they usually come up suddenly and will not last that long.

Here's an Acer 23" for $150 http://www.cheapstingybargains.com/185941/acer-x223hbd-23-widescreen-lcd-monitor/
Here's a Viewsonic 23" for $170 http://www.cheapstingybargains.com/187949/viewsonic-va2323wm-23-widescreen-lcd-hd-monitor/

I would venture to say that they are both decent brands. I use an Acer at work and I really like it. I have a Viewsonic 22" at home and have had no prob in over 2 years.

I have the LG W2486L (a bigger version of the one you mentioned) and it's awesome. The contrast ratio really shows when gaming, and the responsiveness is pretty good. I don't find the red light annoying, since I sit pretty close to the screen and got used to it anyway.

I have the 24" Samsung SyncMaster 2494 and absolutely love it. Samsung makes great monitors.

right, thanks for the input guys.

I'd like the ones with 2ms, so any suggestions for 22", 23", and 24" ones? It'd be great if you could list them each. I think 25" maybe a lil too big for my desk.
