Best free system and maintenance programs?

At the moment i am using 360 amigo and it's not brilliant, just wondering if anyone knows any free system maintenace programs i should try... thank you.

Uhm, in addition to things already mentioned... I use Vista Services Optimizer (for Win7 64bit) to disable any unnecessary services while gaming. I like to think it helps my FPS
