Best RAM to go with my cpu/mobo

hey i was wondering if you guys could reccomend me the best 4 gig ram i can buy with my computer. im looking to overclock my cpu and i know ram has something to do with that (im new to computers as you can tell)

my mobo is GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3 AM2+/AM2
cpu is AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz

few other questions~
what would be the best graphic card i can buy under $90 prefurably $80

and if i get 4 gb of ram can i still use it with the 1gb i have? or should i take the 1gb and go with whatever you guys reccomend me

also i would like to put in 3 120mm leds in my case but i dont have enough 4 pin power connecters lol. is there ne kind of adapter i can use that will turn something into a 4 pin power connector?

my case is an Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower

1. RTFM. It will tell you what is compatible with your mobo.
2. You won't get a decent graphics card for under $90 - except used. Go to tomshardware.com and look at their comparison charts.
3. Read the updating ram guide in the guides forum
4. use a molex adapter for your psu issue.
