    Change your fans... for a cost of $4.95 to $21.95, you can replace nearly any fan. Then make sure you have a low-noise power supply (Antec, Seasonic, FSP Group, Corsair). Then consider a change in your CPU fan. Those three changes are the best way to drop your sound to where it is no longer considered noise.
    I cannot recommend a foam system that is not troublesome. Most foam products harden under heat found in a case, and pretty soon, you are enjoying more noise than you can stand.
