    I am going to upgrade my processor from a p4 to a Presler 945, the motherboard i have is a ECS 410-M with one pci express x16 slot free.

    Presler 945
    ECS 410-M
    OCZ ModXStream 700 W PSU
    2GB Memory

    Best video card for presler 945 without bottle necking

    budget $120 for card

    You won't benefit from a video card because your CPU and RAM will be a bottleneck, that is, your games won't be performing as you expect.

    Anyway, if you still want to, grab a Radeon HD 6770 or 6750 or 6670 they can be had for cheap on newegg.
