I have a DLink 615 router. Got it as a gift a while back. It performs ok for internet browsing, downloading etc. But when my online games like CoD4 my ping jumps to 400ms back down to 50ms on and off. My connecting speed is 21mb down and 5mb up so I know its not the service. Does anyone have any ideas of how to remedy this?
-No I dont have downloads going while playing games
-There is one laptop on the network, but it still does this even if the laptop is powered off.
