Bios+Motherboard failure need imminent help

I bought a new biostar p4m00-m4 motherboard sockett is 478 and it runs a pentium 4 processor at 2.6 ghz. i had everything in stalled correctly and everyhting running smoothly until i went to update the bios with its flash utility. MIdway through the update power cut off and bam i was done for.... now the problem is when i boot everything cuts on except the monitor. it gets a signal but it goes in to power save mode...is there any suggestions any one can get me

What power cut off. I have never seen a system board survive a BIOS update that was interrupted by by any power shutdown. We would be surprised if you can get that board back to a reliable working state. Call your dealer or BIOStar tech support if you fee BIOStar caused this BIOS update failure.
