Normally you would go to your mobo manufacturers website and get the bios update from there.

Why do you want to upgrade your bios? Unless there is a specific reason, you should leave it as it is.

i was looking throught the evert home edition thing and i was looking under my bios section, and at the very bottom under the suggestions it sasy update bios more then 3 years old
