Black Screen before XP Loading

Hi, I need help
The problem is every time i reboot my pc, i get a plain black screen for 10 minutes and then window xp loading sign comes up..
what is the problem.. i even tried to reformat my computer.. it keeps doing it.. i need help T.T

Sounds like a hardware problem download DFT from the link below and burn the

image onto a cd then boot off of the cd run a full system test. Also download

memtest from the link below and burn the image onto a cd and then boot oof of it

let it run for at least 7 passes. Post back results

you boot of of the cd load the cd into the cd rom then reboot the computer

sorry.... the programs are really confusing T.T i wish i knew more about computer... but i probably will get it. incase if i have more questions.. i will keep in touch

hmmm i full scan the with first cd and test 8 times over night... in the morning when i tried to reboot again.. it has same problem.. hmm any suggestion?
