computer was shut down by off button,not properly. Have no icons no desk top no start, no computer. A box comes up saying it will try to fix start up problem, then it says it cant. I got to the list of safety modes using F8 tried them all. I tried the whole list. I always end up at the box that wants to fix the problem but can't. PLEASE help I am on vista. Thank you very much
