Blackberry browser won't work

    Hi I recently bought a blackberry phone (at&t) and unlocked it in jamaica (to use all networks) but even with my plan on it says "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book"
    and that I'm to check with my service provider to enable the browser.
    Digicel (service provider) has sent this over 15 times and still no success I cant get on to the browser at all to select options or got o or so forth.

    It's a bold 9000 and I've checked the time, did battery pulls, wipe the phone, update the OS to version 5 and still no success.

    I can use BBM on my plan and check emails so the plan works and opera mini works on wifi but not on plan, the browser doesn't work at all.

    Remove and re-install the battery. Or restore the Blackberry to factory settings if you can
