Blue Screen 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, etc. etc. etc.) Unable to Start up

I am trying to fix my sisters computer. I refuses to load up though so I am currently unable to start up in safe mode or any mode period. I have run through the dell support troubleshooting. I have gone in under the f2 mode and adjusted the start up, no luck. I have gone under f8 mode and tried all available options, no luck. I have gone in under f12 mode and run ALL TESTS available, no luck everything passed. I then followed steps to open the tower and disect all removeable items and check each available item, no luck there either. I do not have the boot up disk for her computer which sucks. I saw on a few threads that I cannot find now about some other boot disk options but as I said I cannot find them to try and use them. If I could find a site and download a boot disk and burn it I would. Please assist if possible! Thanks!!

There's a Windows update that will cause a stop 7E - KB977165.
Boot from the XP Recovery Console and remove it.
