Blue screen 0x1000008e while playin GTA IV

  1. Hello, i changed MB for my pc and Processor, so theres plenty of places where it could go wrong, right?! :) But i'd like to find the roots of this problem anyway..

    I wanted to test it on GTA4 because it asks much :) I know this system should be ok for GTA4 on low settings, but anyway i was getting these blue screens, so heres Event reports:


    But i got last 9-4_xp32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu driver for my video card

    Memtest gave nothing aswell..

    Could it be sound drivers?

    If got same problem, try:
    -disabling Nvidia HDMI audio in device manager, if u have it on graphic card and use Motherboard audio. (it helped with Stalker)
    -full scan found some viruses who caused blue screen viruses (so it was said at Microsoft)
    (no driver update helped me)
