I can read your system date,this one is ok.
All of them is much better.
Bug check of this one is 0x50 which pointing to "ati3duag.dll".
“ati3duag.dll” is a common dll file owned by the ATI Graphics Module.
Try to re-install your vedio driver or update a new version if possible.
See if helps.

iv all ready update my graphics cards and if i just a bought a new set of RAM would it fix this ? (i know how to put it in)

We get a better way that having your RAM full scanning with MT420 test.
It will tell your RAM state.
