Blue Screen after wake up from sleep mode

This happened directly after recovering from sleep mode, I doubt it is the gpu driver or hw, I have hp elitebook 6930p and ati radeon 3450 hd card, I installed the latest driver from hp site, because I can't get the one on amd site to work, I used driver cleaner pro to remove the old files. here is the dump, help please

Your error is 0x8E and these are almost always caused by hardware and is especially a strong indicator of corrupted memmory. Sometimes they can be caused by drivers.

The driver in this case is ati2dvag.dll which is an ATI video card driver.
