We need a whole lot more information from you than what is provided in order to help.

First, give us your system specs, i.e., motherboard make and model, memory make and how much installed, video card, audio card, harddrive, and power supply make and wattage.

Second, we need to know the security software you are running.

Third, when you Blue Screen what error codes are reported on the screen. It would look something like this: 0x0000004E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT They will often list a driver as well.

Fourth, is this the only time when you Blue Screen or does it happen when you are doing something else?

is this what u ask for? srry if it is wrong i m not good at computer. well yes it only restart or give error only when playing game,

It is quite okay not understanding computers. We have all been there. :) Anyway, David, can you tell me if you have always had issues with Frozen Throne or are your issues just recently?

Anything is possible with a PC! You could go to the Java website. They have a diagnostic tool that you can run to tell you the condition of your Java.

Get back to us with your results and we'll take it from there.

aah i tried to delete java from control panel but it wont remove. y?

Did you go to the Java website? Did you allow them to check to see if your Java was working well?

Check this link out as well; I am not saying you should do this but it is an option: http://www.tech-101.com/freeware-utilities/516-javara-download-link.html

If you do eventually delete Java make sure you load the latest offering. Because your hardware is old it may very well be having issues with newer releases.

when blue screan occours it says something about video adaptor:0x0000007f(x0000008,0x80042000,0x00000000,0x00000000). today i played frozen throne for 1 hour nothing happen.few min later it freezes. the only option was to restart my computer,is this mean i need to buy new video card?

0x0000007F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
One of three types of problems occurred in kernel-mode: (1) Hardware failures. (2) Software problems. (3) A bound trap (i.e., a condition that the kernel is not allowed to have or intercept). Hardware failures are the most common cause and, of these, memory hardware failures are the most common.

Can you tell us the make and model of your video card?

Video Card
Minimum: 8 MB 3D Video Card with DirectX 8.1 support
You Have: SiS 651 Rev 00

Features: Minimum attributes of your Video Card

Required Video RAM 8 MB You Have 32.0 MB

i have the error it says
Blue screen error caused by a device or driver
You received this message because a hardware device, its driver, or related software has caused a blue screen error. This type of error means the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from potential data corruption or loss. In this case, we were unable to detect the specific device or driver that caused the problem.

David, I want you to attach in your next post your five most recent minidumps.

How to find your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.

Three of your minidumps were corrupted to the point that they could not be read. Two were almost fully corrupted but at least there was some information that might be usable.

The driver smwdm.sys was cited as a possible cause. This is a driver belonging to your SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio.

Look for updated drivers for your onboard audio from where you purchased it. Make sure the update is for your model numbered PC. If Asus made it then find the model name/# and go to their website. Find that exact motherboard and look for audio updates.

when i scan for diver it shows me that i need to update my display adpater and system device (sis accelerated graphics port). aah well audio system looks fine. so i need to upgrade my video carD?
i am waiting for your suggestion. than i will upgrade my computer. and thanks for helping me :grinthumb.

Here is the rule on drivers: If it ain't broke don't fix it.

If you are not getting any more BSODs with the current drivers you have now installed and you aren't experience any other issues then by all means leave your system as is.

And you are welcome on the help. :)
