Blue screen error

I receive a msg always that"a problem encounterd and the application needs to close" wen reported to microsoft, they asked me to run memory diagnostic .because they recognized it as fault due to RAM. while running the memory diag. it shows failure msg in ERAND test. wat to do now.
it shown 15 error in memory module:
bank 'CHAN A DIMMO': Slot j6h1: 15
bank 'CHAN A DIMMO': slot j6j1: not populated
 
Can you upload your most recent minidump please? It should be a .dmp file located in C:\Windows\Minidump.

I Am suffering from this for about 7 months. it will be more useful for me if u clear this error. my ram has only one year warranty. so if it only makes the problem i can replace that.

Probably caused by : memory_corruption

Confirm all your Drivers are up to date (network driver mentioned in Minidump)

Please run Memtest on your Ram

And you really should have SP3 installed, from Windows updates
