hi i have reformatted my pc and still get this message now and again :

Hi re BSOC VISTA - MEMORY DUMP - MINI DUMP

Hiiiiiiiiii, nice to meet you all, can anyone please help me as I am desperate but a novice. Forgiveme if i am posting wrongly, not sure what i am doing. Basically i need to sort laptop that has important work on it and am getting bluescreen of death. i suspect a driver or software. only get the bsoc when i use anything network related including internet and accessing network places or network drives. have removed all network drives and reinstall but this hasnt helped. ihave a minidump file and a couple of xl reported files that i havesaved but i have no idea what to do with them.
